Digital Sales Consultant

As an Inside Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve engaging with E-commerce sellers and businesses through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their digital needs. You will then offer tailored solutions and promote E-commerce platform services and subscription-based solutions. Your responsibility will be to educate clients on the benefits of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale their online presence. Additionally, achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation, and revenue will be crucial. It is important to maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and client updates in the CRM system. Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support, and issue resolution will also be part of your duties.
