Digital Sales Consultant

As an Inside Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in engaging with E-commerce sellers and businesses to understand their digital needs and provide them with tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with E-commerce sellers and businesses through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify their digital requirements and offer customized solutions. - Promoting E-commerce platform services and subscription-based solutions to potential clients. - Educating clients on the advantages of digital selling and advising them on strategies to enhance their online presence. - Meeting monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue. - Maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions and client updates in the CRM system. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and resolution of any issues. - Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates. - Participating in training programs and team reviews to continuously improve sales skills. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Have 0-3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in E-commerce and digital marketing. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first attitude. - Be familiar with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms. - Be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
