Digital & Retail Commerce ( Manager / Sr Manager) || Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirement gathering, evaluation, planning, development, implementation, and support of digital applications and solutions, including websites and mobile apps.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (Leadership, Operations, Marketing, etc.) and third-party developers to ensure smooth digital integration and process alignment.
  
• Work extensively with Biryani by Kilo and other upcoming brands to understand and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
  
• Liaise with leadership teams of new brands for requirement understanding and project execution.
  
• Design and document all technical solutions to ensure a robust change management process aligned with company policies.
  
• Implement digital solutions to address business problems and improve efficiency.
  
• Work with partners to troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and enhance functionality across websites, retail systems, applications, and mobile apps.
  
• Support the marketing team by designing or evaluating landing pages for various campaigns.
  
• Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements, and changes across the digital landscape.
  
• Manage third-party developers for integration requirements and deliverables.
  
• Define business cases, set measurable outcomes, monitor progress, and report status.
  
• Ensure technology costs remain within budget and validate timely vendor payments.
  
• Complete any software projects assigned by the Supervisor.
  
• Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / BE / MCA / Computer Science Graduate.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MVC/MVT web frameworks.
  
• Preferred experience with Git, Redis, MS SQL, MySQL, TDD, and Linux environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
  
• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  
• Comfortable collaborating and participating in team discussions.
  
• Strong communication, organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
