Digital Project Manager

We are a growing digital marketing agency that delivers cutting-edge marketing strategies and measurable results for a wide portfolio of clients across industries. We’re looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator / Client Liaison who not only understands the technicalities of digital marketing but also excels at managing client expectations and internal teams to deliver projects seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal digital marketing teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content, and Paid Media.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets efficiently while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Proactively communicate with clients to understand their goals and align deliverables accordingly.
• Create and manage project documentation, reports, and performance trackers.
• Troubleshoot project issues and ensure timely resolutions in collaboration with the team.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, social media managers, and performance marketing teams to meet campaign objectives.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered with a high standard of quality and measurable results.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination or client servicing roles within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Email Campaigns, Analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bengali/Hindi proficiency is an added plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in handling diverse industry clients will be preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
