Digital Project Coordinator

As a Digital Projects Coordinator at Santamonica Group, you will play a crucial role in managing website development, CRM upgrades, and digital process improvements. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, and Academics) for website updates and CRM enhancements. - Conducting and documenting team meetings to identify feature upgrades, user requirements, and improvements. - Liaising with external developers, designers, and tech vendors to ensure timely project delivery. - Monitoring website functionality, performance, and content consistency. - Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team to align campaigns and ensure technical readiness. - Preparing regular project status reports for management review. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Graduate / Postgraduate with 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or web operations. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong understanding of websites, CRMs, SEO, and digital marketing tools. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / basic project tracking tools. - Mature, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
