Digital Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Projects Coordinator to act as a bridge between our departments managing website development, CRM upgrades, and digital process improvements across the Santamonica Group.

What You'll Do

Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, and Academics) for website updates and CRM enhancements.

Conduct and document team meetings to identify feature upgrades, user requirements, and improvements.

Liaise with external developers, designers, and tech vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

Monitor website functionality, performance, and content consistency.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align campaigns and ensure technical readiness.

Prepare regular project status reports for management review.

What We're Looking For

Graduate / Postgraduate with 58 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or web operations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong understanding of websites, CRMs, SEO, and digital marketing tools.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / basic project tracking tools.

Mature, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
