Role Overview Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Scoping & Planning

  • Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Translate creative briefs into actionable digital production plans.
  • Work with account managers and strategists to set clear expectations with clients.

Production Management

  • Manage the execution of digital assets including web builds, banners, landing pages, emails, videos, and social content.
  • Coordinate creative, UX/UI, development, and QA teams throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and maintain quality across devices and platforms.

Technical Coordination

  • Serve as the liaison between creative teams and developers.
  • Understand digital platforms, CMS systems, ad-serving technologies, and analytics tools.
  • Oversee testing, debugging, and deployment processes.

Budget, Timeline, and Vendor Management

  • Create and track budgets and schedules.
  • Source and manage external partners (e.g., production studios, developers, animators).
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and cost expectations.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

  • Conduct reviews and testing to ensure digital assets meet brand and technical standards.
  • Manage final delivery and performance reporting post-launch.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4 - 5 years of content writing experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in the BFSI domain.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder and team management
  • Excellent communication and writing ability, grammatical aptitude, and attention to detail.
  • Creativity coupled with business acumen, and ability to understand the financial concepts.
  • Design sense - so the design team can bounce ideas off you (Good to have)
  • Pixel-perfect attention to detail
  • Takes initiative and can effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to critical feedback and learning
