Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a robust social media and content strategy to strengthen NoBroker’s digital presence. Build and manage a content calendar, especially for YouTube channels. Identify trends and opportunities to create thumb-stopping, engaging, and relevant video content. Content Creation & Campaigns Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative, share-worthy, high-performing content. Experiment with new content formats, storytelling styles, and campaigns to maximize reach. Work closely with content creators, production teams, and video editors to deliver impactful video content. Plan and execute content campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Community Engagement & Growth Build and nurture an engaged community across platforms through active engagement and real-time responses. Leverage influencers,Brand advocates, and user-generated content to build brand loyalty. Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, watch-time, CTR, etc.) and optimize content for impact. Experience & Requirements Proven experience in managing brand pages and scaling them effectively. Strong understanding of the video production process. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. A creative mindset with a strong grasp of digital content trends. Active social media presence and awareness of emerging platforms (preferred). A portfolio demonstrating past work and successful campaigns is a must.
