Purpose of the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Marketing Technology initiatives.

This role is responsible for the setup, integration, and ongoing support of SaaS-based Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions, including connections to enterprise systems such as SAP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project delivery and systems integration, paired with analytical rigor and excellent communication skills. This individual will lead development and support activities across our DTC platforms and broader MarTech ecosystem, partnering closely with product, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure systems are functioning reliably and evolving to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, supporting the full development lifecycle, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. This role is critical in ensuring our tools, data flows, and platform capabilities align with evolving business strategies, are reliable, and deliver value to our teams.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collaborate with the product team and the development team to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Create detailed project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

Analyze existing business processes and systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered solution meets the business requirements.

Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders to ensure the project is moving forward on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.

Serve as a bridge between the product team and the development team, ensuring that both sides have a clear understanding of the business requirements and the technical implications.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. This includes using project management methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university
-
4+ years of experience as technical business analyst in website product development teams

Experience working with CMS and Shopify ecosystem

Experience in a large, complex organization including teams with multiple geographies and across business and technology teams
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Working experience with Shopify, Oracle Commerce Cloud, or Loftware would be beneficial

Experience with integrations between SaaS solutions: testing, troubleshooting, validating data flows

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience working with Content Management Systems(CMS)

Deep understanding of SDLC, Design Principles, and CloudExposure to Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email Marketing, System Integration, and Data Forms.
