Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Procurement Transformation Leader with 8-12 years of experience in driving end-to-end procurement transformations across complex organizations. Your role will involve deep domain expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, digital tools, change management, and stakeholder engagement. You will be the key change agent leading transformation programs to optimize procurement performance, drive cost efficiencies, improve compliance, and enable innovation through digitization and process redesign. Key Responsibilities: - Design and lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation programs. - Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps. - Conduct maturity assessments and identify key areas for process and performance improvement. - Align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals. - Streamline and standardize procurement processes (P2P, S2C, category management). - Define KPIs, SLAs, and procurement performance dashboards. - Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile). - Lead procurement digitization initiatives using tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, etc. - Work with IT and business stakeholders to implement e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier portals. - Evaluate and implement procurement analytics and automation solutions. - Drive stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and business units. - Lead change management, communication, and training efforts to ensure adoption. - Build a procurement culture focused on value creation, compliance, and innovation. - Work closely with cross-functional project teams. - Collaborate with operations, business units to support transformation. - Build capability and maturity within internal procurement teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - 8-12+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with significant focus on transformation. - Proven track record of delivering mid/large-scale procurement transformation initiatives. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. - Consulting background or in-house transformation experience in large global organizations preferred. - Certifications: CIPS, CPSM, PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent preferred. - Experience in managing change in complex, matrixed, or global environments preferred.,
