As a Digital Performance Lead, you will be responsible for owning and enhancing the performance marketing disciplines across various platforms. Your primary focus will be to lead the performance marketing team, ensuring the achievement of client objectives, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the business. You will play a crucial role in strategically aligning performance marketing activities with client business goals and organizational vision. Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients, you will establish and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Identifying revenue growth opportunities through a deep understanding of clients" business challenges and objectives will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing among performance teams, driving innovation, and upskilling internal experts. Collaborating with cross-channel teams such as SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic, you will develop integrated, data-led performance solutions. Additionally, you will work with channel leads to standardize performance marketing outputs, ensuring consistency in delivery, reporting, and best practices. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in leading digital performance marketing across Paid Media channels like Search, Social, and Programmatic. Your strong stakeholder management skills, commercial mindset, and leadership abilities will be essential for driving business growth through strategic initiatives. A deep understanding of digital performance KPIs, martech tools, and measurement frameworks is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent performance tools would be advantageous. Experience in a media agency environment will also be beneficial for this role.,
