Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Pattern Master to join our design and product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate patterns for a wide range of garments, ensuring precision in fit, construction, and production feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret design sketches and technical specifications to create patterns using CAD software
• Develop first patterns and oversee necessary corrections after fittings
• Ensure accurate grading and marker making for all sizes
• Collaborate closely with designers, merchandisers, and sampling teams
• Maintain pattern archives and update them based on design changes
• Provide guidance to tailors/sampling team to ensure pattern accuracy during sample development
• Conduct regular quality checks on fit and finish across pre-production and bulk stages
• Ensure production patterns are optimized for fabric consumption and ease of construction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pattern Master in the export, retail, or high-street fashion sector
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fits, fabrics, and sewing techniques
• Experience with both manual and CAD pattern making (Optitex / TukaTech / Gerber preferred)
• Ability to handle both Western and Indian silhouettes
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Background in women’s wear / contemporary fashion
• Exposure to both woven and knit garments
