Job Summary

Digital Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal digital platforms such as

  Google Workspace, Trello, Hostinger, Brevo

  , and other operational tools
• Handle

  automation workflows

  using http://Make.com

  , Zapier, and webhooks

• Manage databases, internal records, and digital documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, video editors, graphic designers) to track deliverables
• Follow up on content creation, collect creatives, and manage approval workflows
• Manage social media operations including

  post scheduling, captions, and coordination

• Work on

  Meta Business Suite

  , including Facebook page management and

  Meta Ads

• Assist with

  email and SMS marketing campaigns

• Troubleshoot digital platforms and research new tools to improve team efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience

  in digital operations, marketing operations, or related roles
• Working knowledge of

  Meta Business Suite and Facebook/Instagram Ads

Google Workspace and project management tools

• Familiarity with

  automation tools

• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
