Software Product Consultant

This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through technical and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary product expert for customers during pre-sales, onboarding, and post-implementation phases.
2. Conduct product demonstrations, requirement analysis, and solution presentations.
3. Understand client workflows, pain points, and use cases to recommend the best product solutions.
4. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver customised solutions.
5. Manage end-to-end implementation, including configuration, testing, and user training.
6. Provide ongoing support and ensure customer success through proactive communication.
7. Create documentation such as SOPs, implementation plans, FAQs, and training guides.
8. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team for improvements.
9. Maintain CRM updates, project status, and progress reports.
10. Ensure high customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor for long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Consultant, Implementation Specialist, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud applications, or enterprise software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into product configurations or workflows.
• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical thinking and requirements-gathering skills.
• Comfortable working with remote teams and managing multiple customers/projects.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
