Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-impact, interactive 3D websites using platforms like Framer, Spline, Webflow , or WordPress . Create immersive, AI-driven user experiences with complex animations, micro-interactions, and real-time 3D elements. Implement advanced WebGL , Three.js , GSAP , and shader effects for seamless interactions. Collaborate closely with designers, AI engineers, and project managers to deliver polished digital experiences. Optimize websites for speed, security, and SEO, ensuring high-quality performance across devices. Integrate real-time data and AI elements for personalized user journeys. Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, maintaining design consistency. Stay ahead of design trends, pushing the creative boundaries of interactive web design. Requirements: Strong portfolio showcasing 3D websites , interactive elements, and high-impact designs – please include links to your work when applying. Hands-on experience with Framer, Spline, Webflow, WordPress , or similar platforms. Expertise in WebGL , Three.js , GSAP , and other 3D frameworks. Solid understanding of UI/UX design , interactive storytelling, and motion graphics. Experience with SaaS , AI-based platforms, or real-time data applications. Knowledge of SEO strategies, security best practices , and performance optimization . Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to execution. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bonus Points: Experience with generative art, real-time 3D, or AI-driven design. Familiarity with backend technologies for integrating real-time data and dynamic content. Understanding of creative coding , visual storytelling, or digital art.
