We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong technical background with a focus on DevOps, CI/CD development and maintenance, as well as operations management. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of working with DevOps using Azure, Python, CI/CD, AWS, Jenkins, GitLab. Education and Experience Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Python, PowerShell and CI/CD tools. Operational Skills: Proven experience in incident management, problem management, release management, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Education: a Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e. g. , Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on Jenkins and GitLab tools. Develop and maintain scripts using Python, PowerShell to automate various operational tasks and processes Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize infrastructure for better performance and cost-efficiency. Handle and resolve incidents promptly, identify root causes of recurring issues, manage the release of new features and updates, provide support during incidents (including debugging and troubleshooting), and act as a liaison between the Product Owner (PO), development team, and frontline team to ensure clear and effective communication.
