AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing smalland mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
The DevOps operating model is the combination of cultural philosophies, practices, and tools that helps organizations deliver end-to-end applications and infrastructure solutions safely and at high velocity. The DevOps Consultant is the emerging leader with previous experience in a lead DevOps role. The Consultant will assist on larger projects or run smaller opportunities independently. A successful candidate has technical depth and hands-on implementation experience of various practices and tools in the DevOps toolchain. The Consultant is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to design and code modules for infrastructure, application, and processes. Our Consultants work with global enterprise customers locally and globally. As such, Consultants will be required to travel to client locations to deliver professional services solutions as needed. Knowledge of the primary aws services (ec2, elb, rds, route53 s3) Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments Bachelors degree in business administration, fice, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field 5+ years of IT implementation experience Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands-on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
