What would you do Stakeholder CoordinationoWork with the Activation Analyst and Content Manager to ensure all tasks and timelines align with approved workflows.oFlag delivery risks, delays, or quality concerns early to relevant stakeholders and support mitigation steps.Reporting Feedback LoopoTrack QA issues and resolutions for post-campaign analysis.oContribute to internal QA process improvement by identifying recurring challenges and proposing solutionsCampaign QA OversightoReview influencer content, briefs, and schedules to ensure alignment with campaign KPIs, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.oValidate campaign setup accuracy across all activation platforms and trackers.Pre-Launch Checks Issue ResolutionoConduct thorough pre-launch quality checks, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors in collaboration with influencer managers and content teams.oAct as a secondary line of defense for campaign QA, catching issues before client delivery.Marketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.
What are we looking for 13 years of experience in marketing operations, content QA, campaign execution, or a similar role.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital content review, and campaign workflows is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Experience with campaign tools (e.g. Airtable, Asana, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ) or QA platforms.Understanding of brand safety and legal requirements in influencer content.Proactive mindset and ability to spot errors others miss
