Digital Media Planner & Buyer

You are a sharp, performance-driven Digital Media Planner & Buyer who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital media plans aligned with client objectives. Your key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing demographic/behavioral data, preparing, negotiating, and monitoring media buys across digital channels, executing and optimizing campaigns, managing budgets efficiently, building relationships with key media vendors, and providing insights and recommendations. You will track, analyze, and report campaign performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on industry trends and innovations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic digital media plans aligned with client objectives - Conduct market research and analyze demographic/behavioral data to identify target audiences - Prepare, negotiate, and monitor media buys across digital channels - Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, YouTube, OTT, and Display - Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and overall performance - Build and maintain strong relationships with key media vendors and platforms - Provide long-term media strategies, insights, and brand-level recommendations - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights - Collaborate with creative, content, account management, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution - Stay updated on platform innovations, industry tools, and digital trends Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in digital media planning & buying - Hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager - Strong analytical skills with an understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with precision - Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-focused mindset To Apply: Mail your detailed CV to response@associated.co.in & cc to sandeep@rabbitdigital.in,
