Digital Media Planner & Buyer:

We are looking for a sharp, performance-driven Digital Media Planner & Buyer to plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, hands-on platform expertise, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic digital media plans aligned with client objectives
• Conduct market research and analyse demographic/behavioural data to identify target audiences
• Prepare, negotiate, and monitor media buys across digital channels
• Execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, YouTube, OTT and Display
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROAS and overall performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media vendors and platforms
• Provide long-term media strategies, insights, and brand-level recommendations
• Track, analyse, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative, content, account management and tech teams to ensure seamless execution
• Stay updated on platform innovations, industry tools, and digital trends

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in digital media planning & buying
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and other key metrics
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with precision
• Proactive, detail-oriented and performance-focused mindset
