Digital Media Associate SEM/PPC (Google Search & Discovery Ads Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, execute, and optimize

    Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Discovery Ads, and YouTube campaigns

    .
  • Conduct in-depth

    keyword research

    , audience targeting, and bidding strategy to maximize ROI.
  • Write compelling

    ad copies

    and ensure high-quality score performance.

PPC Optimization & Analysis:

  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Perform

    A/B testing

    on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns for

    CPC, CPA, CTR

    , and other KPIs.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategies for

    lead generation, traffic acquisition, and brand awareness

    .
  • Research and analyze competitor activity and market trends.
  • Suggest innovative targeting ideas using

    Custom Audiences, Similar Audiences, and Dynamic Ads

    .

Reporting:

  • Generate and present

    weekly/monthly performance reports

    to stakeholders.
  • Use

    Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other tools

    to track user journey and attribution.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with

    creative teams

    for ad assets and landing page requirements.
  • Work closely with SEO, social media, and content teams for cross-channel integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing

    Google Ads campaigns

    (Search, Display, Discovery & Video).
  • Experience with

    Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking

    , and conversion setup.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of

    PPC advertising, bidding strategies, and Google Ads policies

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and Audience Insights tools

    .

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Google Ads & Analytics Certification
