Job Description

Job Summary:

The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns (PPC) across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and has a deep understanding of keyword strategies, ad copy optimization, bid management, and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
Conduct keyword research, selection, and optimization for PPC campaigns.
Write compelling ad copy and test variations to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns to achieve target ROI, cost-per-click (CPC), and conversion goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Data Studio.
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
