Digital Media & Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, allocate, and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like

  Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager

  .
• Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Market Trends & Innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in

  digital marketing, performance advertising, and emerging platforms

  .
• Experiment with new ad formats, strategies, and automation techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  .

Experience & Expertise:

• 2+ years of experience

  in digital media buying, performance marketing, or paid advertising.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms

  .
• Experience with

  Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking

  .
• Ability to

  interpret data

  and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of

  SEO and content marketing

  is a plus.
