Digital Marketing/Client Relations

About the Role:

Brixbit is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing + Client Relations pro who can create impactful digital campaigns while keeping client vibes strong. Your main focus will be driving growth through SEO, social media, paid ads, and email marketing turning clicks into conversions and boosting our brand presence. At the same time, you’ll be the friendly face clients trust, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and long-term relationships. If you’re creative, data-driven, and can balance digital hustle with people skills, this role is made for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships (be their go-to contact).

• Drive lead generation through online & offline efforts. • Close sales with confidence pitch, follow up, negotiate & convert.

• Run digital marketing campaigns SEO, social media, paid ads, and email marketing to boost visibility and lead flow. • Track campaign performance, optimise and improve ROI.

• Spot new opportunities, market trends & customer needs to grow revenue.

• Keep the CRM updated with sales pipeline & client interactions.

• Work closely with internal teams (creative, product & operations) to deliver a great client experience.

Who we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years’ experience in Client Relations, business development and digital marketing.

• You’re great at relationship building, negotiating & closing deals.

• Hands-on with SEO, social media management, paid ads (Google, FB/IG), email campaigns.

• A data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of analytics tools.

• Confident communicator – both written and verbal. • Self-motivated & comfortable working in a fast-paced setup.

Qualification:

Any graduate / post-graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
