Job Description

As a dynamic and strategic professional, you will lead brand strategy and marketing for the Antara Care Home, Care at Home & Antara Integrated Wellness Centre business units. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Antaras narrative in the senior care ecosystem and driving marketing initiatives to strengthen category leadership, build trust, and spur business growth. - Build and drive the brand strategy for Antara Care Homes & Care at Home services. - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, salience, and consideration. - Lead go-to-market (GTM), positioning, and communication strategy for business growth. - Lead the brand launch strategy for Antara Integrated Wellness Centre (to be launched). - Design and execute GTM campaigns for clinics, services, and wellness programs. - Collaborate with cross-functional business teams for rollout, partnerships, and customer experience alignment. - Lead creative communication development across digital, video, print, and on-ground formats. - Run influencer partnerships and collaboration programs. - Oversee social media management & content strategy to build a strong and engaged brand presence. - Drive branded video IPs and storytelling-led content to build emotional resonance in the senior care space. - Conceptualize and grow Antaras Senior Community Programs (online & offline). - Build advocacy and referral ecosystems through community engagement initiatives. - Drive thought leadership through content, events, expert associations, and category education campaigns. - Lead brand innovation initiatives, category campaigns, signature IPs, and marquee brand events. - Drive CSR & purpose-led brand initiatives around elder care awareness, ageing with dignity & healthcare literacy. You should have 6-8 years of brand management/marketing experience, preferably in consumer brands, healthcare, wellness, or services. A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and experience in creative development, influencer marketing, content marketing, and video campaign execution are essential. Proficiency in marketing technology tools and strong project management and leadership skills are also required. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory if you possess a strong capability and experience.
