Digital Marketing Trainee

We are a growing digital marketing team based in Noida, Sector 63, looking for an enthusiastic and driven Paid Marketing Trainee to join our performance marketing division. This role offers hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to build a strong foundation in paid advertising. Location: Noida, Sector 63 (On-site) Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (for 4-month training period) Post-training: Salary based on performance Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs. Work on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and reporting dashboards. Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for better campaign performance. Analyze data and prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and promotional assets. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing. Requirements: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field. 6 months–1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (internship or professional). Good understanding of paid marketing dashboards and campaign setup. Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be based in Noida and comfortable with an on-site work setup.
