Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Digital Marketing Trainee with 0.6 – 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The candidate should have a basic understanding of online marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics, and be eager to develop advanced skills in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has already worked on live projects, managed social media accounts, or assisted in campaigns and now wants to grow in a structured, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website, paid ads)
• Create and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Assist in writing captions, blogs, ad copies, and website content
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Manage engagement (comments, messages, queries) under supervision
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist in email marketing and lead generation activities
• Update and manage website/blog content
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0.6 – 1 year experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing-related role
• Basic knowledge of:
• Social Media Marketing
• SEO & content marketing
• Google Analytics (basic)
• Canva / design tools
• Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager (basic awareness)
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Creativity and an eye for design
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred (Add-on) Skills

• Knowledge of Google Ads & basic paid campaigns
• Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
• Simple website handling (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
• Understanding of branding & audience targeting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
