Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Trainee to support our marketing and outreach efforts. This is a hands-on learning opportunity ideal for students, recent graduates, or career changers looking to build their portfolio while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support the design of promotional materials using tools like Canva
• Help in planning and executing online campaigns to promote our training programs
• Update and maintain website content and blog posts
• Track digital campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Support email marketing and community outreach efforts

Who Can Apply

• Students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
• Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or analytics tools is preferred
• Passion for social impact and willingness to learn

Working Hours
