Job Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead with strong expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, Facebook Ads, and CRO. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle client calls, manage SEO, PPC, and FB Ads projects independently, and lead the team effectively. Experience in client conversion, preparing impactful proposals, and helping the company close deals is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO , PPC, SMO, Facebook Ads, and CRO.
• Handle client calls and maintain effective communication with clients.
• Independently manage and execute SEO, PPC, and Facebook Ads projects.
• Supervise and guide the digital marketing team to achieve targets.
• Prepare impactful proposals to support client acquisition efforts.
• Assist in client conversion and help close business deals.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO), SMO, PPC, Facebook Ads, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• GMB skills and Content marketing skills
• Well-versed in the best practices of website optimization
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle client calls confidently.
• Experience managing SEO, PPC, and Facebook Ads projects independently.
• Proven leadership skills to effectively lead and manage a team.
• Experience in client conversion and preparing impactful proposals.
• Ability to assist in closing deals and contributing to business growth.
