As a digital marketing strategist at Truckrr, a technology start-up revolutionizing fleet owners" operations, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing the company's digital marketing initiatives. Your expertise in current marketing tools and strategies will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategy Development:** Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Truckrr's goals and target audience. Identify growth opportunities across online channels. - **Campaign Management:** Plan and execute digital campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Optimize campaigns to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. - **Content Creation & Management:** Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms. - **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance utilizing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance ROI. - **Social Media & Community Building:** Manage Truckrr's social media presence, expand followers, and drive engagement. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and community inquiries. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed. Qualifications and Skills - Must-Have: - Proven experience as a digital marketing strategist or similar role. - Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager. - Strong understanding of marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Good to Have: - Experience working with startups or SaaS businesses. - Knowledge of the logistics or transport industry. - Creative skills in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
