Youre a Digital Strategist who

• Sees beyond isolated postsyou map out full journeys from first impression to final conversion
• Doesnt just planyou build, optimize, test, and ship
• Knows Meta Ads like gospelthe backend, targeting, budgeting, breakdowns
• Has real experience driving app downloads through paid campaigns
• Writes copy that demands attention and drives action
• Can stitch together stories visuallyyouve got an eye for design and can navigate basic graphic/video tools when needed (we dont need a designer, just someone with taste)
• Has 13 years of relevant experience in performance or digital marketing
• Bonus if youve been in D2C, app-first, or consumer brands
