We are seeking an experienced and outcome-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a vital role in developing and managing the company's digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities: - Develop, plan and execute the overall digital marketing strategy - Provide guidance and training to the team - Supervise all digital marketing channels - Evaluate ROI and KPIs - Prepare and oversee the digital marketing budget - Supervise all social media accounts of the company - Enhance and manage online content with a focus on SEO and Google Analytics - Construct an inbound marketing strategy - Encourage the digital marketing team to meet objectives - Monitor competitors and offer recommendations for enhancement - Cultivate strong client relationships via social media interactions - Stay informed about audience preferences and proactively propose new campaigns - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams to enhance customer experience and maintain brand consistency - Recognize advertising requirements - Remain updated on the latest technology and industry best practices - Develop integrated and cost-effective digital strategies - Plan the optimization of digital assets for business outcomes Required Skills/Experience: - 4-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role - Over 3 years of experience in formulating and executing digital marketing strategies - Proficiency in various digital marketing channels - Familiarity with online marketing tools and best practices - Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software - Proficient in implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Team player with good time-management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Understanding of web design and HTML - Solid analytical and project management capabilities Education: - Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science, or equivalent,
