As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-impact digital campaigns across various channels. Your role will involve utilizing analytical thinking, creative direction, and taking ownership of strategies to drive measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies focusing on Awareness, Acquisition, and Retention - Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and App Install & Conversion campaigns - Drive app installs, leads, and conversions while being accountable for clear ROI - Lead the direction of content, creatives, and messaging for ads, landing pages, and social media - Take ownership of SEO & ASO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content alignment - Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and funnels - Collaborate closely with design, product, and tech teams - Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present actionable insights - Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and platform changes Required Skills & Experience: - 4-6 years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing - Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and App Marketing for both Android & iOS - Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, events, and funnels - Solid understanding of SEO, ASO, and content-led growth strategies - Ability to translate data into clear growth decisions - Strong communication and campaign storytelling skills - Experience working effectively with designers and developers - Experience in a startup or product-based environment is a plus As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-impact digital campaigns across various channels.
