This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution expertise across digital channels. You will manage complete digital marketing activities for SYSMIC and our clients including performance marketing, social media, SEO, email campaigns, automation, and analytics. You will also collaborate closely with internal and client teams to deliver measurable results and build strong brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and grow social media platforms with effective content calendars and engagement strategies.
• Work on SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, ranking improvement, and traffic growth.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, automations, and list segmentation.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with design, content, and technical teams to deliver compelling marketing assets.
• Support sales and leadership teams with lead-generation-focused marketing strategies.
• Participate in client briefs, reviews, and campaign performance discussions.
• Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing and conversion-focused strategies

Requirements

2+ years of experience

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

SEO

social media strategy, content planning, and execution

email marketing & automation tools

Strong analytical mindset and ability to generate performance reports & ROI-based insights.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines.

Canva / Design coordination
