Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote- India)

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote / Work From Home (India) - Mostly night shift

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years (E-commerce (US platforms) & International Markets)

Compensation- As per the Industry standards

Type: Full-time (US Shift)

About the Role -

Key Responsibilities-

• Drive digital sales for Shopify/independent websites targeting US/International markets.

• Optimize online store presence, product listings, and conversion funnels.

• Perform on-page & off-page SEO; manage backlinks, site audits, keyword strategy.

• Monitor SERP performance, improve rankings, and organic traffic.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and retargeting campaigns.

• Manage paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

• Design and execute email marketing workflows (welcome series, cart recovery, seasonal/holiday promotions).

• Use segmentation and personalization to maximize engagement and conversions.

• Run campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

• Manage content calendars, influencer collaborations, and brand engagement.

• Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports (traffic, conversion, ROI).

Use Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and ad dashboards to optimize campaigns.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing for E-commerce (Shopify preferred).

• Strong understanding of US/International market dynamics.

• Proven expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).

• Paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting).

• Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).

• Social media campaign strategy & execution.

• Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, emails, and landing pages.

• Knowledge of affiliate marketing & influencer outreach (preferred).

• Ability to work independently, handle multiple campaigns, and deliver results in a remote setup.
