The Role

Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads
.
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance targets.
Run structured experiments (A/B, audiences, creatives, offers) to improve ROAS and lower CAC.
Translate sales and funnel data into clear insights and actions.
Collaborate with creative team on
ad concepts, hooks, and variations
.
Build weekly performance dashboards and present learnings to team and clients.
Stay on top of platform updates, D2C trends, and competitor moves.

Requirements

2–4 years of
performance marketing experience
, ideally with D2C brands.
Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on
Meta & Google
(Amazon Ads a plus).
Strong grasp of
growth metrics
(ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, LTV).
Comfortable with tools like Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, and reporting dashboards.
Analytical mindset, but also creative with testing angles and content.
Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and hungry to grow.
