We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time MarketingSpecialist to join our web hosting company. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for driving our online presence, generating leads, andoptimizing our marketing efforts across various channels.

Core Marketing Expertise
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
 Proficiency in keyword research to identify high-potential terms fororganic growth. Strong understanding and practical experience with on-page SEObest practices (content optimization, meta tags, site structure,technical SEO elements). Demonstrated ability in off-page SEO strategies (link building,outreach, local SEO).2. Social Media Management:
 Experience in managing and growing social media presence acrossrelevant platforms. Ability to create engaging content and execute social mediacampaigns.3. Lead Generation:
 Proven track record in LinkedIn lead generation, includingprospecting, outreach, and engagement strategies. Adept at identifying and leveraging suitable marketplaces andalternate markets for lead acquisition.4. Email Marketing:
 Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing emailmarketing funnels. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices for listsegmentation, automation, and A/B testing.

Analytical & Reporting Skills
1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in generating comprehensive marketing reports. Ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform strategy.2. Marketing Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with popular analytics and tracking tools,including:a. Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)b. Google Tag Managerc. Microsoft Clarity (or similar heatmapping/session recording tools)d. Other relevant SEO and marketing automation platforms.3. General Marketing Competencies Excellent written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and managemultiple tasks. Adaptability and a willingness to stay updated with the latestmarketing trends and tools. understanding of the web hosting industry is a plus.
