Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products or services online. Their main goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and improve conversions through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI.
  • SEO & SEM:
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, keyword research, and bid optimization.
  • Content Marketing:
  • Create, edit, and publish content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce visual content.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the audience.
  • Develop social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
  • Email Marketing & Automation:
  • Design email marketing campaigns, segment lists, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Set up automation workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (entry-level or higher depending on company).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
