We are looking for an experienced, fast-thinking Marketing Executive to support brand campaigns, new product development, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should bring relevant work experience (FMCG preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute ideas & execute marketing campaigns across offline, digital & modern trade.
- Write, edit & proofread copy for social media, packaging & brand communications.
- Coordinate events, trade promotions, POSM execution & media activities.
- Manage social media campaigns & website updates.
- Assist in coordinating visibility & activations in MT outlets (end-caps, shelf branding, in-store promotions, etc.).
- Track distribution, campaigns, and visibility performance across MT chains.
- Conduct research on new MT outlets and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales teams, and external agencies for execution.
- Conduct consumer and competitor research to support NPD and brand strategy.
- Track industry trends, pricing, and competitor launches in personal care & grooming. Assist in consumer testing, feedback collection & analysis.
- Track campaign performance, MT progress, budgets & prepare regular reports.
- Use basic Canva/Photoshop for urgent edits (social posts, invites, mockups).
