Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on expertise to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, and paid campaigns.

Plan and oversee campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion, and engagement.

Drive SEO and SEM strategy to increase website traffic, search visibility, and lead generation.

Oversee content strategy and collaborate with content creators for blogs, social media, and email marketing.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with sales, product, and branding teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Report performance, KPIs, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing, analytics).

Proven experience in running high-performing campaigns across multiple channels.

Leadership and team management experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing strategy.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)

Experience with influencer marketing, video marketing, and e-commerce campaigns.

Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Social Media Marketing (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
