Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies, and best practices, as well as the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO/SEM.
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to create engaging marketing content.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative marketing approaches.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools).
• Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
