Job Title: Paid Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.

• - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
• - Optimize ads, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
• - Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
• - Prepare and share regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and insights.
• - Work closely with the content/design team to develop engaging ad creatives.
• - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• - Manage and optimize budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending.

Requirements:

• - Proven experience in paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• -Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
• - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• - Knowledge of SEO basics and how paid campaigns integrate with overall digital marketing strategy.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• - Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2. 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
• 3. Agency or education/training industry experience is a bonus.
