Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external vendors for digital assets. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role. Proven experience in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
