We are looking to hire a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive who is well-versed in running ad campaigns, analyzing performance, generating leads, and managing SEO and SMM strategies. If you are a results-driven marketer with hands-on experience in digital tools, ad platforms, and landing pages, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Analyze ad performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation and return on investment (ROI)
• Handle SEO – On-page, Off-page, and keyword strategy
• Plan and manage organic and paid content for social media marketing (SMM) on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Build and manage landing pages and websites using WordPress or similar tools
• Monitor and report performance metrics across campaigns
• Coordinate with the creative team for content, creatives, and video campaigns
• Research audience trends and stay updated on platform algorithm changes
• Assist in creating and managing email marketing and retargeting campaigns

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or campaign management (preferred)

Skills:

• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and SMM
• Experience in website building on WordPress or tools like Unbounce, Elementor, etc.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Creative thinking and a performance-oriented mindset

Eligibility:

• Candidates residing in Gurgaon or nearby areas only
• Age: 22 – 35 years (preferred)
