Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with campaign setup and optimization, and a strategic mindset to drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Monitor ad performance and make real-time optimizations to maximize ROI
• A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for performance improvement
• Track conversions and performance metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance with actionable insights
• Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and digital advertising trends
• Work closely with design and content teams to create high-performing ads

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Tracking, and Audience Segmentation
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite
• Ability to create reports and analyze performance data
• Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategy
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Google Ads and/or Meta Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising
• Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or service-based campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,115.87 - ₹32,969.52 per month
