Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Digicrowd Solution in Lucknow. The role involves managing social media marketing, digital marketing campaigns, web analytics, online marketing strategies, and effective communication to drive business success. Responsibilities : Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimization strategies to enhance organic search performance. Analyze competitor campaigns and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the market. Continuously monitor ad performance metrics, including Click-through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, etc., and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs. Implement SEO strategies and analyze results to improve organic search rankings. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the most effective campaign strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in running paid ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize strategies accordingly to meet campaign goals. Familiarity with A/B testing, remarketing strategies, and conversion tracking.
