The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist / Designer who can wear multiple hats — from creating campaigns and designing ad creatives to managing social media strategy and running paid ads. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a passion for digital growth.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and optimize

  digital marketing campaigns

  across Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Design

  social media content, ads, and landing pages

  that engage and convert
• Develop and implement

  social media strategies

  for client brands
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and adjust campaigns for performance
• Collaborate with our web development team to align campaigns with websites and funnels
• Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Use AI tools for content creation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in

  digital marketing or paid ads management

• Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Knowledge of

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals

• Experience creating

  social media campaigns

  (organic + paid)
• Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Self-starter who thrives in a

  startup / agency environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  marketing automation tools

  (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier)
• Background in

  healthcare or B2C marketing

  (not required but a plus)
• Basic video editing for ads or social media content
