Digital Marketing Specialist Ankita Organics Pvt Ltd – Faridabad, Haryana Job Type: Full-time | Location: On-site / Hybrid / Remote Experience: 2–5 years Salary: Competitive (Based on experience) + Performance Incentives About the Company: Ankita Organics Pvt Ltd is a licensed agrochemical manufacturing company based in Faridabad, Haryana. We’re expanding PAN India across agrochemicals, biostimulants, fertilizers, and seeds. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive lead generation, brand visibility, and sales growth through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B and B2C leads. Execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Optimize website and content for SEO and user engagement. Create and manage lead generation funnels, landing pages, and contact forms. Run targeted email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture and convert leads. Manage content calendars and post regularly across social media platforms. Analyze and report digital marketing performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Support product launches with targeted online promotions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven lead generation results. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of email marketing and basic design tools like Canva. Ability to create marketing strategies that directly contribute to sales growth. Experience in agriculture, FMCG, or rural marketing is a plus.
