DIGITAL MARKETING

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the organisation's online presence through various marketing campaigns and creating successful content. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing all digital marketing strategies including marketing database, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Developing and maintaining the social media presence of the organisation. - Evaluating and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns. - Identifying insights and trends to optimize campaign performance. - Creating and implementing creative growth strategies. - Collaborating with internal teams to optimize user experience and create effective landing pages. - Working with vendor partners and agencies. - Utilizing strong analytical skills to evaluate customer touchpoints and enhance end-to-end customer experiences. - Providing leadership thought and perspective on emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - BS or MS degree in digital marketing or a related field. - Proven work experience in digital marketing. - Experience in managing SEO/SEM, social media, marketing database, or display advertising campaigns. - Proficiency in optimizing user funnels and landing pages. - Familiarity with ad serving agencies like DART, Atlas, etc. - Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. In addition to the above, the company offers a work environment where there is no bar for the right candidate and provides a minimum 10% instant hike or above. The job type is full-time, based in Kolkata, with work from office requirement. The work schedule includes morning, day, and evening shifts, with the option for immediate joining in a remote/hybrid setup. The workweek is 6 days, with an alternative Saturday off.
