About the Role

Atharva Infrastructure is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns for our residential projects, including Atharva Nagari. The role focuses on quality lead generation, brand visibility, and supporting the sales team with high-intent enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize lead-generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Manage social media pages (posts, reels, stories, engagement) for projects and brand.
• Coordinate landing pages and website updates to improve conversions.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality, site visits, and bookings.
• Create briefs and coordinate with designers/agencies for creatives and videos.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Mass Media or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing (Google Ads + Facebook/Instagram Ads must).
• Practical knowledge of SEO basics, social media marketing, and email/WhatsApp campaigns.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, UTM, basic Excel/Sheets).
• Strong understanding of lead funnels; real estate experience preferred.
• Good communication skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
